Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer - born on August 4, 1981, is an American actor. She's best known for the roles she played in the film Cowboys & Aliens. The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful, The Great and Powerful, Is Where I Leave You. Her current role is Amantha in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel series. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked in both television and film. Her most well-known work was in her work in the drama series Rectify and in the science-fiction series Timeless. Gulf Breeze Florida native made her debut as an actor on the television show All My Children. Her outstanding performance that she received the Soap Opera Digest Award. She played mostly guest roles throughout her time on TV shows. For instance, in the TV show Hawthorne the actress was widely praised for playing Dr. Erin Jameson. Her beautiful appearance and powerful acting abilities led to her gaining a loyal fan base. She made her film debut in 20 years old, acting in the movie Campfire Stones. Other films she has appeared in include Jekyll This Means War and Chasing Mavericks. The character she played as the lead character in Beautiful Now was recognized with the Madrid International Film Festival Award. She played Lucy Preston the history professor in Timeless. Spencer is receiving positive feedback from critics regarding her character in the sci-fi program Timeless. She received nominations for an award called the Teen Choice Award.
